THOUGHT OF THE DAY:

Nothing good, nothing is bad, thinking makes so..
WHY❓❓:

*Why does turmeric powder turn red in colour when it is get contact with lime or acidic*

Turmeric is a reddish-yellow rhizome. The more prominent yellow colour is due to the presence of the xanthophyll pigment, while reddish orange colour comes from carotene pigment. The rhizome contains active curcumene compounds and some organic acids. When these stems are dried and powdered, their concentration increases. When this powder is dissolved in water and a pinch of lime is added to it, the organic acids are neutralised by alkaline lime.

As a result, the yellow xanthophyll is suppressed and the orange-red carotene pigment becomes more prominent, so the turmeric turns into red

HOW IT WORKS:

*How thunderstorms are formed*

Thunderstorms can bring heavy rains (which can cause flash flooding), strong winds, hail, lightning, and tornadoes. Severe thunderstorms can cause extensive damage to homes and property.

The Earth’s surface heats the air just above the surface through the process of *conduction* The action of warm air rising and cold air sinking (convection) plays a key role in the formation of severe thunderstorms. If the warm surface air is forced to rise, it will continue to rise, because it is less dense than the surrounding air. In addition, it will transfer heat from the land surface to upper levels of the atmosphere through the process of *convection* .

Two of the most important ingredients for thunderstorm formation are instability (unstable air) and moisture.ingredients: moisture, unstable air and lift. Moisture usually comes from oceans. Unstable air forms when warm, moist air is near the ground and cold, dry air is above. Lift comes from differences in air density. It pushes unstable air upward, creating a tall thunderstorm cloud.

In a big thunderstorm cloud, there are now strong upward winds and downward winds happening at the same time. These are called updrafts and downdrafts.

At some point, condensation high in the cloud (now in the form of water droplets and ice) falls to the ground as rain.

VEDIK GNAN:

According to Rig Veda 1.50.8, Surya, the Hindu Sun god travels in a chariot driven by seven horses often seven in number which represent the seven colours of visible light, and seven days in a week. Thus, the seven horses symbolize seven kinds of forces, seven stages of thinking and seven levels of consciusness.

It is basic science……… Sun God running on single wheel means, going in a single line, which light travels in a single line

The seven horses are named as:-

Gayatri,
Brihati,
Ushnih,
Jagati,
Trishtubha,
Anushtubha, and
Pankti.

This fact that light gets divided in to seven different colours when passed through a prism is a natural process, we see it during rains that there is rainbow of seven colours in the sky which has been formed because of Sunrays passes through rain drops, which are actually prism in shape

HEALTH CARE: HOME REMEDIES:

( *Note* : These home tips followed in villages/ancient traditions, it is up to you to use it or not)

A *toothache* is a pain in and around the teeth and jaws. Tooth decay, an infection, loose or broken fillings, or receding gums can cause it.

1. If your toothache is associated with swelling, holding a cold compress against the outside of your cheek (20 minutes on, then 20 minutes off) may provide some relief.

2. Dip a cotton ball in clove oil and soak up a few drops. Gently rub the cotton ball over the sore area of your tooth and gums. Clove oil contains eugenol, a natural anaesthetic which is why clove oil helps with in reducing the intensity of toothache;

3. Simply add a couple of teaspoons of salt to a cup of warm water. Once you’ve swished the mixture around your mouth, spit it out.

4. Chewing a piece of garlic, or placing chopped bits on your tooth also gives relief.

If you have any symptoms of a tooth abscess – like a fever, facial swelling or incessant pain in your tooth, visit the nearest dental clinic and seek for advice.
