MUMBAI, NATIONAL, 08 SEPTEMBER, 2026 | GPN, SACHIN MURDESHWAR : The primary market is set for another action-packed entry as Manika Plastech Limited gears up to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO will open on September 11, 2026, and close on September 16, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 40 to Rs 43 per equity share, while bidding for anchor investors will open on September 10.

Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 348 equity shares, followed by bids in multiples of 348 shares. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.

The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 92.5 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 7,674,418 equity shares. The proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be utilised towards capital expenditure for the purchase of plant and machinery, partial or full repayment/pre-payment of certain borrowings, and general corporate purposes.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue. With the price band set at Rs 40–Rs 43, the key question now is whether Manika Plastech can generate strong investor interest and bidding momentum in the primary market.

The minimum bid will remain fixed at 348 shares, with subsequent bids allowed in multiples of 348. Each equity share has a face value of ₹2.

The IPO’s fresh issue proceeds are planned to strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities through investment in plant and machinery, reduce certain existing borrowings through repayment or pre-payment, and meet general corporate requirements.

The challenge is now clear: Will Manika Plastech’s Rs 40–Rs 43 price band create the kind of heat among investors that the company is expecting?
