MUMBAI, 31 JULY, 2026 | GPN, SACHIN MURDESHWAR: LEAP India Limited’s Rs 2,400 crore IPO has received SEBI approval, but specific launch dates and price bands are yet to be announced. The book-built public issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 2,000 crore.

As of March 31, 2025, the company had 366 permanent employees.
