Congress should show its big heart in Baramati: Chandrashekhar Bawankule appeals they should not field any candidate against Sunetra Pawar

In this regard, Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has requested the Congress leaders not to field a candidate.

This seat belongs to that Ajit Pawar. Ajit Pawar has been associated with the Congress for many years. Ajit Pawar has spent 75 percent of his political life in the company of Congress leaders. Therefore, I demand that Congress leaders contest this seat unopposed. If they want to contest in Rahuri, they should contest. They have that right. We are also ready to contest there. However, our sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar is contesting in Baramati. Our demand is that everyone should contest it for Pawar unopposed, Bawankule said.

It is said that Rashtriya Samaj Party and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi are also supporting Congress in Baramati. Therefore, we are requesting the same to the leaders of these parties. Ajit Pawar has been with all of them. The memory of Ajit Pawar is still with us. It has not even been a year since he left. Therefore, Bawankule has appealed to the Congress to show its big heart at least through this election.
