NATIONAL, 13^th JANUARY, 2024 (GPN) : The National Insurance Academy (NIA) in Pune is proud to announce the 25th Annual C D Deshmukh Memorial Seminar, scheduled for January 16, 2024, at the NIA campus in Balewadi, Baner Road, Pune.

The event aims to commemorate the legendary Sir C. D. Deshmukh, a prominent figure in the domains of insurance and finance in India. The seminar will address the theme “The 2047 Clarion Call: Insurance for All” in alignment with the ‘Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ spirit and the mission taken by the Insurance Regulator.

The Silver Jubilee Seminar will delve into the evolving landscape of the insurance industry, with a focus on making insurance accessible to all. Keynote speaker Shri Siddharta Mohanty, Chairperson LIC of India, will share insights during the event. Eminent personalities from IRDAI, public and private insurance companies and personalities from PFRDA will also contribute to the discussions.

Dr. Tarun Agarwal, Director, National Insurance Academy expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming seminar.
