Suki-Nihon-Phase 1 is a MahaRERA Registered Project bearing MahaRERA Registration Number P52000016628. Suki-Nihon-Phase 1 is located at Alibag, Bagmala, Bagmala. This is a New Project being developed by Nimesh Chhatbar a fraundster, Con man and Cheater.

Suki-Nihon-Phase 1 has STUDIO APPTS Apartments with carpet areas ranging from 191 to 191 Sq.ft. Carpet. The Project has total 62 of which 62 are currently available for sale.

Suki-Nihon-Phase 1 is being developed on a total land area of 55435 Sq.ft. out of which 5543 Sq.ft. i.e 10% is reserved for recreational purposes. Suki-Nihon-Phase 1 has 6 Wings / Towers Phase – 1,Phase – 2,Phase – 3,Phase – 4,Phase – 5,Phase 6

The cheques he issues as security always bounce and has insufficient funds. His main accomplice is Manoj Pandurang Bhanushali (Mobile: +91 9819579335) who also keeps on changing his social details and contact number so that he is untraceable.

So far he has cheated many people at large including myself and our Staff. They run a big Modus Operandi and thereafter manipulate the victim mostly their relatives, kith and kin and friends. Who they Study and work-out to manage their loot.

His aide and close associates are Vijay Varma (Mobile: +91 97686 37383) and Two Bad Goons Brothers Duo Amol Y. Malavi (Mobile: +91 88980 22020) and Deepak Y. Malavi (Mobile: +91 98193 65808) who have already cheated to the tune of Lakhs of Rupees by issuing bounced and bogus cheques and run a Modus Operandi of renting their flat in Kamothe on Heavy Deposit to singulars or bachelor’s and Widower and than when the tenant goes out on a long trip they break open the lock of the house and take forcefully the possession of the flat and ask the tenant to deposit the cheque which they know will bounce. When you do a Police Complaint on trespassing the police say that it is a Civil Case and you should go to the Court and that the police are Helpless to handle such cases.The Police will only take an NC from the Victim and rest will depend on Court. If the Victim is not aware than the Lawyer’s take advamtage and charge hefty fees to the already looted Victim, nevertheless to say the bribe practice till now looms large in Court Rooms and everything gets manipulated with power and money.

The duo brothers Amol Y. Malavi and Deepak Y. Malavi  have cheated a tenant in 2020 just before the Corona Lockdown and deprived the Tenant from the full refundable heavy security deposit of Amount 18 Lakhs and a case has been registered U/S 138. (Case No SSC 289/2021) at the CBD Belapur Court and a Police Complaint has been lodged at the Kamothe Police Station against these two accused brother Culprits.

Sometimes they keep their contact numbers inactive and remain underground so the time lapse and than it becomes difficult to file a suit against them legally.

Alongwith them are two more aides One is a Lawyer Suraj Shrikrishna Ingle (Mobile: 09867588634 and 08779543053) who is a mastermind behind such Modus Operandi and posses a fake identity as an advocate and a public and Government Servant.

Another criminal minded person is Jai Rahchh who proclaims himself as businessman but is a big fraudsters in forgery and making fake documents.

They gain the confidence of customers with their pleasing and fake attitude and than once the customers are cheated they show-up their real true nature and disgusting vile attitude. Use slangs, filthy and abusive language to distract the customer and abscond with the cheated money from the customers.
