Spread over four days, the program is envisioned and led by Sadhguru, Founder-Isha Foundation, who will be joined by eminent and highly successful business leaders to lead the participants through the mechanics of professional and personal success. The program is designed exclusively for business leaders who want to not only scale their business but also scale themselves into more effective and impactful leaders.

The 12th edition of INSIGHT will feature Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology and Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, who will participate as a Speaker in the program. The theme for the 12th edition of INSIGHT is ‘Blossoming in Rising Bharat’ which will form the underlying thread of all the multimodal sessions. This will include speaker sessions, immersive workshops, Q&A sessions and one-on-one consultations for participants with business leaders in a hands-on, customized approach to finding scaling solutions for businesses. The objective of the program is to not only celebrate ‘Rising Bharat’ but to enable entrepreneurs to play an active role in capitalizing on the opportunities that the country offers to shape the future of their business and that of the Nation.
