Key Highlights:

• Taj Deccan is undergoing renovation for 76 rooms, the All-Day Dining restaurant, Specialty Restaurant, and the Bar.  
• Greenwoods Palaces & Resorts Private Limited – a JV company which operates Taj Santacruz, Mumbai reported a revenue of INR 98.28 Crore with an EBITDA of INR 41.81 Crore in H1 FY 2023-24 and PAT of Rs. 13.01 Crore.
