AIZAWL, 9th JUNE, 2023 (GPN): Reinforcing the ‘Customers First’ approach, Toyota Kirloskar Motor today inaugurated the 21st customer touchpoint in the North-East region of India. The opening of Zote Toyota in Aizawl, Mizoram, reflects Toyota’s commitment towards expanding its footprint in the region, enabling seamless access to best-in-class products and services to wider customer base. With a keen focus on strengthening its presence in the country, TKM has been at the forefront of launching solutions that makes the brand more accessible. 

The newly set-up Zote Toyota dealership facility spans across 5317 sq. ft. and is equipped with excellent facilities covering 1S (sales) plus 2S (Service and Spares), including a team of well-trained sales and service professionals, focusing to elevate the customer experience to newer heights in line with TKM’s philosophy of Quality, Durability and Reliability (QDR).

This notable milestone aligns with TKM’s holistic plans, following the recent launch of its first Regional Stockyard (RSY) in Guwahati and the subsequent set-up of a Regional Parts Centre (RPC) in Northeast at Guwahati, Assam. The Regional Stockyard streamlines New Vehicle distribution in the region, significantly reducing delivery time from 13 days to a maximum of 3 days.
