PUNE, 22nd MAY, 2023 (GPN): Pudumjee Paper Products Limited (PPPL) has reported excellent all time high results for the year ended 31st March, 2023.

During the year ended 31st March, 2023, the Company produced 57825 MT of paper, a 15% increase over 50420 MT produced during the previous year. 

The Turnover for the year increased by about 37% to Rs.75868 lacs (Rs.55526 lacs) while EBIDTA for the period increased by 53% at Rs. 9480 lacs (Last year Rs.6208 lacs).

Total Profit Before Tax for the year ended 31st March, 2023 showed a rise of 73% and stood at Rs.7967 lacs (Rs.4600 lacs).

The company manufactures various specialty papers which are used as input for packaging solution for various food products, pharmaceutical and other products, hospital supplies, hygiene sectors, food, confectionary etc.

The Company is currently operating at about 80% of its capacity and believes that the capacity utilization should gradually improve as the economy returns to normalcy.Ends
