MUMBAI, 17 FEBRUARY, 2023 (GPN): Kotak Alternate Assets, managed by Kotak Investment Advisors Limited (KIAL) today announced that it has appointed Vithal Suryavanshi as Executive Director of Kotak Realty Fund.

Vithal will be a senior member of the Commercial Real Estate Vertical. He has around 30 years of experience & has joined KIAL from Brookfield Properties, where he was the Senior Vice President and Regional Head for western India. In his previous role at Brookfield, Vithal built a strong commercial leasing portfolio where he was responsible for Leasing, Design, Development and Operations of assets in the western region.
