Welcome this season of plenty with a hearty spread of regional delicacies from the various parts of the country, handcrafted by our team of chefs. An array of much loved harvest specials such as Til laddoos, Sweet Pongal, Tamarind Rice, Pineapple Rasam, Mysore Pak, Payasam and much more will be available for the guests.

Named after the erstwhile Governor of Mumbai, William Hornby, Hornby’s Pavilion is an exclusive all day dining restaurant overlooking the ‘Millsquare’ at ITC Grand Central. Set in elegant surroundings, Hornby’s Pavilion is a pleasant site for rendezvous with warm sunlight during the day and cozy romantic setting during evenings. Cool colours with warm tones of honey & gold has been used throughout the restaurant and is complemented with comfortable seating complete with arm chair rests, granite topped tables covered with finest linen.
