The jet black granite statue, measuring a total of 28 feet will be placed under the Canopy near India Gate. The statue is completely hand sculpted using traditional techniques and modern tools.

The statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose is being installed in the same place where a hologram statue of Netaji was unveiled in January this year.

8. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said that there is no proposal to merge NEET, JEE and CUET.

9. Union cabinet approves launch of new centrally sponsored scheme of setting up of PM Schools for Rising India. Over 14 thousand schools including Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas will be strengthened to emerge as PM-SHRI Schools.

10. Supreme Court’s Constitution bench has decided to go completely paperless while hearing the Centre and the Delhi government dispute over administrative control. The five-judge bench led by Justice DY Chandrachud also said that the Information Technology cell of the court agreed to train seniors on the use of technology. The court has also allowed the proceedings to be recorded.

11. Congress chief Sonia Gandhi said the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ is a landmark occasion for the party. Stating that the party would be rejuvenated through this rally, she also expressed regret at her inability to join in person owing to medical checkups and added that she would participate in spirit.

12. The Supreme Court issued notice on a plea seeking cancellation of registration of political parties that use religious symbols or names of religions in their nomenclature.

13. *ASSAM* CM Himanta Biswa said the government has found a gap of around 50 lakh beneficiaries after linking Aadhaar cards with ration cards across the state.

21. *MAHARASHTRA* : The Supreme Court will hear the interim plea to stop the Election Commission of India to decide the real Shiv Sena claim on 27th of this month. The interim application moved by the Uddhav Thackeray group to restrain the Election Commission of India from deciding the claim raised by the Eknath Shinde group for recognition as the official Shiv Sena party.

22. *NAGALAND* : The central government has extended the ceasefire agreement with National Socialist Council of Nagaland (K) Niki group, a break-away faction of the Nagaland insurgent group NSCN, by another year. The decision was announced by the Union Home Ministry on Wednesday. NSCN (K) Niki is led by Niki Sumi, who is accused of killing 18 Indian soldiers in Manipur in 2015.

3. National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday announced a cash reward of ₹10 lakh for any information leading to the arrest of fugitive terrorist Harpreet Singh alias ‘Happy Malaysia’, who is accused in the 2021 Ludhiana court complex blast. He’s currently is Malaysia.

4. Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed Alt News Co-founder Mohammed Zubair to approach the Delhi High Court for quashing an FIR against him in Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur. The FIR was lodged by the Rashtriya Hindu Sher Sena’s Sitapur district head Bhagwan Sharan. He alleged that a tweet by Zubair hurt his religious sentiments.

5. La Liga president Javier Tebas picks Tchouameni and Benzema over Lewandowski- The Panini stickers for the new La Liga 2022-23 season were released on Tuesday, September 6. Among the delegates present at the event was league president Javier Tebas, who made some mooted comments about Real Madrid and Barcelona’s transfer business.

1. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the production of food grains in the country is estimated at over three thousand 157 lakh tonnes in 2021-22, which is higher by 50 lakh tonnes as compared to 2020-21.

2. Government has asked Amazon to stop selling devices designed to disable car seat belt alarms, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari said. Gadkari stated metal clips are inserted in seat belt slots to bypass alarm that keeps pinging when belts aren’t in use while a car is being driven. The most shocking fact about Konarak sun temple. The temple which is around 800 years old, but never ever happened worship in the temple. 1200 workers (stone carving workers) worked for 12year to build the Konarak sun temple with chief architect Bishu Maharana. Temple which total area covered across 12 acres on the command of king Narsimbhadeva 1. The Konarak temple which was in the carcass of a chariot was built of stone which was brought from hills of Kadamgiri and Uday Giri about 100 kilometers away from kinaro.

It was a great engineering masterpiece where the entire structure was built of stone and they were interlocked by metals. The entire metal skeleton was held together by a huge magnet which was more than 5 tons in weight. The ancient story said that the idol of the sun god was made of Astadhatu (an alloy of 8 metals) this was suspended in mid-air balance by the magnet.

The temple was completed in time except for the crown stone which is Dadhinauti. There was some problems occurring while the workers were trying to install dadhi nanti and it used to fall down all hence they were not able to complete the work. King became angry that they not completed the work in time, he decided to behead the 1200 workers along with the chief architect Bishu maharana.

He was depressed and sat down, suddenly he saw a young boy around 12-year-old coming in search of him. the boy’s name was *dharma pada.* The boy came and told bishu maharana that he was his son bishu maharana was shocked because he had never seen his son since his son was 12 years old and all this while he was there busy in the work of the temple. The 12-year-old boy dharmapada surprise everyone by giving idea for installing the *dadhi nathi* and the problem in hand was solved.

But everybody started discussing that if king Narsimbhadeva 1 gets to know that a 12-year-old boy was the person responsible for this success of the work rather than the 1200 experienced workers than anyway the king would kill them all.
So the dharmapada decided to sacrifice his life by kampung from the top of the temple in the chandrabhava river and save the 1200 workers from getting beheaded.

Since that time the temple become unholy with the death of dharmapada. Sun god never worshipped there. The myth says that Dharmapada was an avatar of the sun god who comes to break the ego of the king.
