Influencer Marketing and Discovery Platform, Freeskout raises INR 4 Crore Seed Round

DELHI, INDIA, AUGUST 25, 2022 (GPN):  Freeskout, a leading influencer marketing and discovery platform, announced on August 25, 2022, that it has raised INR. 4 Crore in seed round from undisclosed investors. The company plans to leverage these funds to build a stronger tech stack, expand product team, and expand into new markets. Freeskout counts Wow skin science, Sugar Cosmetics, The Ayurveda company, Mcaffeine, Nykaa , Country Delight, Belif Cosmetics, LA girl, etc., among its 1000+ clients.

Freeskout started right around the pandemic in 2020. The platform launched with a small team of 5 people, and it took them just under 4 months to clock revenue of INR 1 Lakh per month. Today, Freeskout has reinforced its presence as a thought leader and a key stakeholder in the $10+ B influencer marketing sector, wherein the company grew from INR 1 Lakh to INR 1.5 Crore MRR in a little over a year. 

Freeskout enables brands and marketers to maximize their returns on each marketing dollar spent across the entire stage of an influencer campaign. It further simplifies influencer shortlisting, onboarding, and content approvals, streamlining the entire campaign execution cycle.

The company reportedly clocked a 10X growth rate YOY (year-o-year), and plans to achieve an MRR of INR 20 Crores within the next 2 years. Post this fund raise, the company plans to speed up product development, expand into new markets, and streamline customer experience.
