RCB Café has curated a special ‘Breakfast Club’ every Sunday from 8 AM onwards to celebrate different cuisines, cultures and memories over a unique breakfast spread. Each Sunday features a new chef showcasing their culinary magic with food that tells a story of their unique journeys and experiences.
For the past 6 weeks, RCB Café has been celebrating delicacies from across the world – from Karnataka’s local cuisine to classic English spreads and coastal fares. With appearances by celebrated chefs like Anna Minocher, Surakshith YP, Curly Sue, Saapad Raman, and Stelida, RCB Breakfast Club is a must-visit for Bangalore’s foodies.
This Sunday, 14th August, RCB Café is celebrating a love for bread, and who better to take over the kitchen than Chef Rudhram from Breadtime Stories – a micro bakery specializing in artisanal breads.
Engineer, researcher, and now baker, Chef Rudhram has experienced a culinary journey filled with passion, learning, sleepless nights, and joy in the chase of something that makes him truly happy – seeing that perfectly baked loaf of bread. What started off as a simple trial at home evolved into an obsession he had to master. Trial after trial, loaf after loaf, the more he baked the more he began to fall in love with the process. As he started to gift his creations to friends and family, the positive feedback fueled him to keep going – nothing else excited him enough to jump out of bread every morning! Thus, Breadtime Stories was born.
