NATIONAL, 11 AUGUST, 2022 (GPN): The well-known Kathak Dancer, Social worker and film producer Arushi Nishank recently celebrated Raksha Bandhan with the BSF Jawans.

Expressing her gratitude to the first line of India’s defence, the famous Kathak dancer and film producer Arushi Nishank, who is also engaged in a lot of social activities, tied rakhi on the wrists of BSF Jawans at Doiwala base, Dehradun. Talking to the media the Kathak icon said that “the soldiers posted on the border protect our country and our families by giving duty day and night on the border and because of their sacrifice, we are enjoying the freedom of our country. Arushi’s recent music album ‘Teri Galliyon se’, released yesterday is an album full of love and eternal sacrifice with an army background. Arushi says that she is well aware of the situation in the army as her sister is a Major in the Indian army. She also says that the music album will surely touch the hearts of all those who will listen to it. Apart from her Kathak and film production, Aarushi is also engaged in several social work activities. She made her debut in the acting industry with her very first video album named ‘Wafa Na Raas Aai’ which was viewed by more than 29 crore people on different social media platforms. It is expected that her new release is all set to break her previous music records.
