Hyderabad, 23 December, 2021 (GPN): Rajasthan Government’ Investors Connect at Hyderabad drew focus to the emerging industrial scenario and investment friendly policy framework of the state. A delegation of the state government led by honourable Industry and Commerce Minister Smt Shakuntala Rawat, honourable Technical Education, Ayurveda and Indian Medicine Minister Shri. Subhash Garg, and honourable Minister for Revenue Shri Ramlal Jat held discussions with investors at the investment roadshow at Hitech city, Hyderabad on Thursday. Axis Energy, Semaliya Energy, Akshat Greentech and Crochet industries pvt Ltd, signed MoUs and LoIs of Rs 40,510 crore during the road show.

The road show organised with support of national partner CII arrives in series of global outreach program of Rajasthan Government planned ahead of ‘Invest Rajasthan: investment summit 2022 happening on 24-25 January, 2022 in Jaipur. The state government  addressed the Hyderabad based corporates and entrepreneurs in a B2G meetings today and appealed the interested investors to be part of Rajasthan’s growth story.

Smt. Shakuntala Rawat, Hon’ble Industries & Commerce Minister of Rajasthan Government, said, “Rajasthan Government under leadership of honourable Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has created a policy framework to promote growth across all industrial sectors. Invest Rajasthan 2022 is going to be a milestone towards transformation of state’s industrial scenario.”

The Hyderabad roadshow showcased emerging investment destinations of Rajasthan including   Petroleum and petrochemical investment region, electric vehicle zone, Fintech Park and Medical Device Park.

Honourable Technical Education, Ayurveda and Indian Medicine Minister Shri. Subhash Garg said, “The traditional advantages of strategic location, abundant mineral resources and skilled manpower are being accentuate by the state government policies. The new investments will further create more opportunities for industrial and social development.”

Honourable Minister for Revenue Shri Ramlal Jat said, “Rajasthan is a leading state in ease of doing business. The state government through its initiatives  such as One Stop Stop has been bringing all departments on single platform to facilitate investments. The immense interest of investors received ahead of Invest Rajasthan reflects upon the success of the policy level initiatives,”

Additional Chief Secretary, Mines & Petroleum, Energy and CMD RRECL, Rajasthan Government, Dr Subodh Agarwal, Commissioner Industry and Commerce, Commissioner Invest and NRIs, Rajasthan Government, Smt Archana Singh and other senior officers were part of the state government delegation to facilitate high level discussion with investors. Managing Director of Fern and Trimurty Group, Shri Anand Mishra and MD Jagshanti Group of Industries, Shri Sunil Parihar shared with fellow investors the advantages of Rajasthan

based on their own good experience. Past Chairman of CII Telengana and Divisional CEO of ITC-PSPD Shri. Sanjay K Singh  made the welcome remarks while closing was presented by Past Chairman CII Rajasthan and CMD Elektrolites (Power) Pvt Ltd Shri Anil Saboo.

Renewable energy, Mines & Minerals, Agri & Food Processing, Energy, Textiles, Logistics, IT & ITeS, Healthcare,  and MSMEs were among prominent sectors that gained investors interest at the Hyderabad roadshow. The incentives and advantages of Rajasthan Industrial Policy 2019, RIPS 2019 and other sector specific policies also drew attention of the investors  The Invest Rajasthan being held at Jaipur, Rajasthan on 24-25 January 2022 .
