Opening on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja, the all new INSIGNIA at Aurus Mall will offer an ultra-premium 7-star multiplex experience. With the convergence of four exclusive auditoriums and a total of 183 luxurious recliner seats, INSIGNIA will redefine the movie-watching experience by blending luxury with every aspect of the cinema-goer’s visit.

From seamless check-ins and food orders to comfortable recliners in every auditorium with sharp projection and extraordinary Dolby Atmos Surround sound, guests are in for the slickest of experiences at INSIGNIA. The design of the multiplex has a seamless blend of modernized and stylized art deco. This new INOX multiplex is situated in the swanky Aurus Mall located on the breezy GS Road, offering easy access to guests. With one multiplex already operational at ABS Mall, Jorhat, INOX INSIGNIA at Guwahati will be INOX’s 2nd multiplex in the state of Assam and first in Guwahati.

Besides making sure that the cinemas will be operated by a 100% vaccinated team, INOX is adhering to each and every instruction as prescribed in the notifications issued by the State Government. We have curated a hygiene initiative called #SafetyFirst, which combines the measures prescribed by the Government authorities and additional measures implemented by us. Besides following the prescribed seating restrictions, the cinemas will be frequently deep cleaned, and disinfection of all customer touch points, including entrance, Box-Office, lobbies, auditorium, F&B counters, restrooms and exit gates will be carried out. In an endeavor to provide enhanced hygiene, the protocols like a mandatory mask, temperature check, e-tickets, 

contactless payment & entry and enhanced intake of fresh air have also been implemented. INOX aims to make the entire cinema-viewing experience digitally enabled and touch-free. We have encouraged the use of e-tickets, and even the guests walking in at the counters before the movie will be issued e-tickets.

To take care of the need to get together in a safe and secure ambience while maintaining social distancing, INOX will offer private screenings for smaller groups of friends and families, wherein guests will be pampered with signature hospitality while screening a movie of their choice for as less as Rs 4,999/-. The guests may avail of this exclusively curated experience at the date and time of their choice at any operational INOX cinemas across the country. INOX will also introduce immunity boosters in its menu once the F&B guidelines are relaxed. This new menu will include a Turmeric Latte, a wide range of Green Teas, Energy Bars etc. INOX patrons will also be able to enjoy these gourmet food options within the comfort of their homes by ordering them through food ordering platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. 

With this launch, INOX will expand its presence to 156 multiplexes spanning 658 screens across 70 cities in the country, with 25 multiplexes with 93 screens in Eastern part of the country. ENDS
