*What is the dispute of Ayodhya*

The Ayodhya land dispute is a political, historical and socio-religious debate in India that has been on for decades. The dispute is focused on a plot of land in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, which is regarded among the Hindus to be the birthplace of the Hindu deity Ram.

According to historic proofs, the site of the now-demolished Babri Mosque in Ayodhya is the exact birthplace of Rama. The Babri mosque is believed to have been constructed during 1528-29 by a certain ‘Mir Baqi’ (possibly Baqi Tashqandi), who was a commander of the Mughal emperor Babur ( 1526–1530). On 6 December 1992 the VHP and the BJP organised a rally at the site involving 150,000 volunteers, known as kar sevaks.

The Ramayan states that the birthplace of Lord Ram was on the bank of River Saryu in Ayodhya. According to a group of Hindus claims that the exact site of ram birthplace where Babri majid once stood in present-day. Many historians believe that ram mandir was demolished by Mir Baqi a general of Babur ( Ist Mughal ruler) after that he constructed a Majid over that demolished Mandir. The land on which the Babri mosque was built in 1528 is the ‘RamJanmabhoomi’ (birthplace of the god-king Rama). But, Mir Baqi, one of Mughal king Babur’s generals, is said to have destroyed a pre-existing temple of Rama and built a mosque called Babri Masjid (Babur’s mosque) at the site. The Babri Mosque was destroyed during a political rally which turned into a riot on 6 December 1992.

The Supreme Court, on October 16, 2019, concluded hearings in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute in Ayodhya and reserved its judgment, which was passed on November 9. The apex court, in a unanimous verdict, gave the ownership of the disputed 2.77-acre land in Ayodhya to the Ram Janmabhoomi trust. It ordered that an alternative piece of land in a “suitable” and “prominent” place in Ayodhya should be given to the Muslims to build a mosque. The Court also asked the government to frame a plan within three months and set up a trust, which would construct a temple in Ayodhya.

*How does a simple microscope work?*
simple microscope works on the principle that when a tiny object is placed within its focus, a virtual, erect and magnified image of the object is formed at the least distance of distinct vision from the eye held close to the lens.
