DocsApp provides home sample collection for COVID-19 test via private lab partners in more than 6 Indian states

MUMBAI, 3rd APRIL, 2020 (GPN):  The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in India has been on a rise. It is vital to calculate accurate infection that is critical for getting public safety measures right. One of the key factors in tackling the spread of COVID-19 is testing. Currently, there are a few thousand individuals who are yet to be tested for the COVID-19.

 

To help with the diagnosis, DocsApp, a leading digital healthcare platform, has partnered with various accredited pathological labs to collect samples at home for COVID-19. Individuals can consult a doctor on the platform where COVID-19 medical consultation is provided free. So far, the platform has witnessed over 23000 queries from concerned people related to the coronavirus, from all over the country.  Based on the ICMR guidelines the doctor will suggest if or not the patient requires a test.
