Infiniti Mall Malad & Andheri strive to foster a customer-centric and performance-driven culture in the organization and each year on 12th December, they celebrate their valuable employees.

With a strong reward and recognition (R&R) policy in place, pay-roll employee winners with a stellar performance are awarded “Employee of the Quarter” and provided a Rs. 2,500/- cash prize and certificate. Not just that, the nominees are given a Rs.1,500/- cash prize and certificate as well. Moreover, to align the entire organisation towards organizational goals, “Employee of the Month” awards are given to the agency staff of each section in the form of Rs. 1,000/- to the winner and a certificate and Rs. 500/- and a certificate to the nominees.

The mall adopts an open-door policy and has a suggestion box where employees can drop their concerns which are then taken cognizance of by the HR and CEO. Open forums are also conducted to allow employees to voice their grievances or suggestions to the CEO.

Employees are also treated with various engagement activities like Birthday Parties, Annual Sports, Annual Day, Diwali, Long Service Award, Women’s Day and Picnics. The mall also provides Health Insurance and Personal Accident Policy.

The mall conducts various training programmes related to functional knowledge as well as soft skill and behavioural training. Employees are promoted based on performance reviews and / or  when they upgrade their qualifications and even transferred to another department to match their current skill-set and strengths.
