MUMBAI, 16 JUNE, 2025 (GPN):- Like every year, this year too the Urs Festival will be celebrated in a great devotional atmosphere and enthusiasm at the famous Hazrat Syed Ghazi Salar Malang Shah Qadri alias “Ghaswale Baba” Dargah on Mahul Road, VPT Road in Chembur, Mumbai.

This annual Urs is being held from June 17, 2025 to June 26, 2025 and various cultural and religious programs are being organized during this. For the past many years, this Urs festival has been celebrated in a peaceful atmosphere under the guidance of Hazrat Sufi Jamal Shah Qadri Babaji ( Jameli).

This year’s preparations are being made under the supervision of Ajmer Bapu. This dargah is a centre of faith for people of all religions and devotees come here in large numbers to offer their wishes and prayers. The festival will be inaugurated on June 17 with “Parvane Ki Khushi”.

A grand Kanchali Sama Mehfil of the country’s famous Qawwal singer Didi Anjali Bharti has been organized on 22nd June 2025. Along with this, poet-musician Bhaskar Ingle (Pintu Bhai) and Instagram reel star Saiba 19 Sahiba Rani will perform. The Urs festival will conclude on 26th June 2025 and Union Minister of State for Social Justice, Government of India, Ramdas Athawale will be present as the chief guest.

Ajmer Bapu said that during this festival, emotional tributes will be paid to the martyrs of the Pahalgam attack and those who died in the Gujarat plane crash, and collective prayers will be offered for the peace of their souls.

This event is a symbol of love, harmony and religious unity and the organizer Hazrat Sufi Jamal Shah Qadri Babaji alias Jameli has appealed to the devotees to attend this ten-day Urs festival and take advantage of the darshan and prasad. Bhim Army National President RR Pandian has demanded from the people’s representatives to provide comfortable facilities in the area of ​​this dargah.
