MUMBAI, 14 JUNE, 2025 (GPN/ SANJAY GIRI) – Three people were injured after the roof of a two-storey house in Chembur Camp collapsed. The injured in the incident were immediately admitted to Inlaks Hospital for treatment.

When this incident happened, the other tenant of the lower house was not at home as he was in the car as he was in the momos business and escaped. According to the information received, on Friday, June 13, at 10:30 AM, a slab of a two-story house at Chembur Camp collapsed. The tenant of the lower house called the owner and informed him about the slab collapse and was told to come and check in the morning. However, before morning, at 12:40 PM, the entire slab of the house collapsed and three people from the upper house fell down. All three were injured in the incident.

They were immediately taken to the nearby Inlaks Hospital for treatment. The house was badly damaged in the incident. A 7-year-old girl sustained injuries on her leg and a 12-year-old boy sustained injuries on his stomach. One of the injured, a 60-year-old man, is a cancer patient. He saved the children in time, which prevented further damage and kept them safe.

Upon receiving information about the incident, former Shiv Sena Shinde faction branch chief Ravi Singh reached the scene and made arrangements for the treatment of the injured. Meanwhile, on the instructions of former Shiv Sena MP Rahul Shewale, his private secretary Sonu Kanojia immediately came to the hospital, examined the injured, questioned them, and, after interacting with the doctors, assured them that no stone would be left unturned in the treatment of the injured, and that they would not look at the financial aspect. He reassured the injured by assuring them that they were there for them.

Meanwhile, after receiving information about the incident, Chembur police reached the spot, inspected the accident and the injured, and completed the entire investigation of the incident.
