MLA Dilip Mama Lande inaugurates new Badminton Court at Lake Homes Society, in Powai
MUMBAI, 11 MAY, 2025 (GPN): Through the efforts of Shiv Sena MLA Dilip Lande from Chandivali assembly constituency, various sports facilities are being provided to the citizens of slum areas, Hiranandani and Powai along with the elite areas of the division. The largest playground is being built in Chandivali Sangharsh Nagar area. Similarly, sports facilities are being built in Hiranandani and Powai areas. Recently, a grand and well-equipped badminton court built at Lake Homes Complex Powai through the efforts of MLA Dilip Lande and with the MLA funds was inaugurated. This grand inauguration ceremony was completed with the cooperation of the citizens.
On this occasion, Lake Homes Society Chairman Milind Mondkar and residents of the society area were present. Regarding this, Lake Homes Society Chairman Milind Mondkar said that our society had other sports facilities including tennis courts and squash courts, but there was no badminton court. For this new facility, MLA Dilip Lande was asked to provide his support. As the MLAs got this work done in a short time, the badminton court was inaugurated by MLA Dilip Lande today amidst the Chandivalikars and Society people. We are grateful to MLA Dilip (mama) Lande for providing the badminton court facility for the citizens of Lake Homes Complex Society in Powai.
