This agreement will make government services more accessible and personalized with the help of virtual assistants and agentic artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence The ownership of the models will be with the Maharashtra government , and the government will have full control over the technology. The administrative process will be made more modern , predictive and transparent using generative artificial intelligence, with special emphasis on hybrid cloud , identity management and secure citizen access systems.Government employees and students will be trained in AI, cybersecurity and cloud technologies using IBM’s training platform . At the same time, MSMEs will be trained in AI, cybersecurity and cloud technologies. and artificial intelligence for industry And the adoption of automation will be encouraged , which will increase productivity and competitiveness.
