PANVEL, KAMOTHE/ RAIGARH, 19 MARCH 2025 (GPN)- The accused and convicted criminal no. 1. Deepak Yashwant Malavi (Pan No. AOIPM518IQ) Aadhaar No – 530618968123 and no. 2. Amol Yashwant Malavi (Pan No. BASPM0008B) Aadhaar No – 541501614193 residents of Flat No. A-104, Kohinoor Residency CHS, Plot No. 2, Sector 11 Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, Raigarh, Panvel 410209 are hereby convicted by the CBD Belapur Court for the offence punishable u/sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act vide Sec.255(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Standing Non Bailable Warrant have been issued against both the accused, Investigation officer – Warrant and Summons Incharge PSI RAM M. SHINDE is in search to nab both the Culprits. Under his investigation in the second year of court trial despite 9 NBW arrest warrant issued by court under Recovery Order Accused and Convict No 1. Deepak Yashwant Malavi was successful in absconding to Gulf country by misuse of Passport and Visa under the very nose of the investigating PSI. The other accused and Convict No 2. Amol Yashwant Malavi working for Adani Electricity Office from Kanjur Marg to Santacruz zone and Belapur to Rabale zone is untraceable by the police. Both are residents of Flat No A 104, Kohinoor Residency, Opp.Axis Bank, Kamothe and Also have amassed property thru fraud and cheating in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
Both the convict have also cheated the INCOME TAX Dept. and have never disclosed their assets and money looted from victims 1Cr. Approx as derived from the case registered against them and also other pending on trial.
Both con men are habitual cheaters and criminals notably house theft, breaking locks, cheating, forging documents, extortion etc.
