We are working accordingly and in the future, the Bahujan Samaj Party position in Uttar Pradesh will be taken up by the Republican Party of India (Athawale), Taking this vision ahead and to make it successful the Republican Party will start a campaign and the Republican Party will reach out to all castes and religions, such an appeal has been made by the National President of the Republican Party, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale.

Addressing the gathering at the RPI (A) Workers conference held today in Ravindralay, Lucknow, Ramdas Athawale spoke to guide the party workers. At this time, many dignitaries like Republican Party Uttar Pradesh President Pawan Gupta etc. Awere also present.There are 403 constituencies in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. There are 75 districts. There is a population of 25 crores. Ramdas Athawale has appealed to the workers to make 1 crore members of the Republican Party of India (A) in the future in the hugely populated Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier there was the only Republican Party in Uttar Pradesh with the Elephant as the election symbol of original Republican Party. Later in Uttar Pradesh, BSP won the election and took away the symbol of RPI. Now it is our firm determination that Republican Party of India (Athawale) will again come to power and take back the election symbol of Elephant from the BSP. Ramdas Athawale made an appeal to the Republican workers to come together and work hard to make Uttar Pradesh proud again and bring back the glory and esteemed held by RPI (A).

This time many activists from the Bahujan Samaj Party; the Samajwadi Party and Soheldev Bharatiya Party openly joined the Republican Party. Speaking further Union Minister Ramdas Athawale gave the assurance that the workers who have entered the Republican party will be given a place of honor in the party. He added that the slogan ‘Batenge to katenge’ coined by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath helped the BJP in Maharashtra assembly elections.”Yogi Adityanath pitch gave an indication and direction to the people, and voters in Maharashtra proved that they would not be divided. They stood united behind Modiji and ensured a thumping victory for the BJP,” Athawale told GPN in Lucknow on Friday.
