Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde emerged Victorious today, addressing GPN he said, I will definitely make a sincere effort to justify the trust that all the voters of Kopri-Pachpakhadi constituency have reposed in me once again. Even though I had to travel all over the state to campaign in this election, I will remain forever indebted to them for making me win for the fifth time with a huge margin without letting their trust in me waver even a little. The architect of this victory is not me but my Shiv Sainiks. This victory has been possible only due to their efforts and the efforts of my wife Mrs. Lata and other family members. Heartfelt thanks to the parents and voters of the constituency.

After emerging as the star of the show, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday thanked voters for their mandate and said that this victory shows that people have accepted Eknath Shinde’s party as the “real Shiv Sena” and Ajit Pawar’s camp as the “real NCP”.

Addressing GPN, Fadnavis said, “People have given their mandate and have accepted Eknath Shinde as the real Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar has got the legitimacy of NCP.”

Further responding to the speculation rising over the Chief Minister’s face in the Mahayuti, Fadnavis said that there is no contention over the post and leaders of the alliance parties will sit together to decide the further course of action.

“No row over Chief Minister’s post in Mahayuti. The leaders of the alliance parties will sit and decide together,” Fadnavis said while addressing media.

‘I Know How To Break Chakravyuh’: Fadnavis

Expressing his happiness over Mahayuti’s grand victory in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, Devendra Fadnavis equated himself to modern-day Abhimanyu and he very well knew how to break the ‘Chakravyuh’.

“I had said earlier that I am a modern-day Abhimanyu and I know how to break the ‘Chakravyuh’. I think, my contribution in this victory is small, it is the victory of our team,” Fadnavis said crediting his team for the victory.

‘Ek Hai To Safe Hai…’: Fadnavis Thanks Voters

Fadnavis thanked people of Maharashtra and credited them for giving Mahayuti-led by BJP an unprecedented victory. He further stated that the victory of NDA in Maharashtra shows that the people of the state united along the lines of the ‘Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain‘ slogan and came together to make Mahayuti win.

“The people of Maharashtra have given us an unprecedented victory. This shows that people are with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In line with the slogan he gave ‘Ek hain toh safe hain‘, people from all sections and communities voted for us unitedly,” Fadnavis said, adding, “This is the victory of Mahayuti, CM Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and Ramdas Athawale, this is the victory of unity.’’

Ajit Dada Pawar, spoke to GPN over his Victory in Baramati,“Our victory today makes our shoulders heavy with the huge responsibilities the people of Maharashtra have bestowed upon us for the next 5 years. We shall spend every moment working to fulfil their aspirations. We shall not spend a single moment speaking against anyone, we will speak only and only for the development of Maharashtra and the welfare of its people.’’
