Safety: Women track maintainers and women ALPs feel unsafe at work places while on duty

Hazardous work: Standing and working in the sun all day during periods or other days, lifting heavy loads beyond capacity during duty in the section and thus facing various physical problems

Changing room inconvenience: Inconvenience in changing clothes due to common gang huts for men and women. Lack of separate running room and washroom facilities for ALP women at stations

Common Bathroom: Due to common bathrooms for men and women, female track maintainers and ALP female employees face many problems like inconvenience etc. and feel insecure and beyond comfort.

Therefore, like other divisions, in Mumbai division too, to get the cadre of track maintainers and ALP women changed, a massive protest was organised by CRMS Mumbai division today in the premises of the Additional Divisional Railway Manager under the leadership of women president Mrs. Shilpa Palv and vice president Mrs. Sulekha Doshi, CRMS Mumbai division’s divisional president Vivek Shishodiya, divisional secretary S.K. Dubey, Raj Kumar.

During the march, a huge crowd of women surrounded the office of the Additional Divisional Railway Manager and the entire office of the Additional Divisional Railway Manager resounded with the sound of crowd gathering there.
The women president of CRMS, Smt. Shilpa Palav, vice president, Smt. Sulekha Doshi and other women went to the office of the Additional Divisional Railway Manager and apprised the ADRM and Sr DPO of the problems related to women and handed over a demand letter (memorandum) for women’s safety.

On this occasion, Mumbai Division officials Vivek Sisodia, Mrs. Shilpa Palv, Mrs. Sulekha Doshi, Sanjeev Kumar Dubey, Raj Kumar, Headquarters Secretary M By Khan, Malu Pansare, Youth Zonal President Ganesh Raj Meena, along with all other Headquarters, Division and Branch officials were present.

CRMS is one such organization which always fights for the welfare of the employees.If there is CRMS then it is possible.

मुंबई (GPN):  मध्य रेलवे प्रबंधक कार्यलय के प्रांगण में CRMS के द्वारा महिला विंग का प्रचंड विरोध मोर्चा का आयोजन किया गया। मध्य रेलवे के मुंबई मंडल में महिला ट्रैक मेंटेनर व महिला ALP कर्मचारियों को होने वाली समस्याओं जैसे कि

सुरक्षा : महिला ट्रैक मेंटेनर एवं महिला ALP को ड्यूटी के दौरान कार्य स्थलों पर असुरक्षितता का एहसास

जोखिम भरा कार्य : पीरियड के दिनों या अन्य दिनों में पूरा दिन धूप में खड़ा होना और काम करना, सेक्शन में ड्यूटी के दौरान क्षमता से बाहर भारी सामान उठाने के कारण अनेकों शारीरिक परेशानियां का सामना करना पड़ता है

चेंजिंग रूम की असुविधा : महिलाओं और पुरषों के लिए कॉमन गैंग हट होने के कारण कपड़ों को बदलने में असुविधा। ALP महिलाओं को स्टशनों पर अलग से रनिंग रूम और वाशरूम की सुविधा का अभाव

कॉमन बाथरूम : महिलाओं और पुरषों के लिए कॉमन बाथरूम होने कारण असुविधा आदि जैसे कई समस्याओं से जूझ रही महिला ट्रैक मेंटेनर एवं ALP महिला कर्मचारी अपने आपको सहजता से परे असुरक्षित महसूस करती है।

अतः अन्य मंडलों की तरह मुंबई मंडल में भी ट्रैक मेंटेनर एवं ALP महिलाओं का कैडर चेंज कराने हेतु आज CRMS मुंबई मंडल द्वारा अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक के प्रांगण में महिला अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शिल्पा पालव एवं उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुलेखा दोषी सी आर एम एस मुंबई मंडल के मंडल अध्यक्ष विवेक शिशोदिया मंडल सचिव एस. के . दुबे राज कुमार के नेतृत्व में किया गया प्रचंड विरोध मोर्चा।

मोर्चे के दौरान भारी संख्या में उमड़ते हुये महिलाओं के जन शैलाव ने अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यलय का घेराव करते हुए भारी संख्या में पूरा अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय गूंज उठा।
CRMS की महिला अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शिल्पा पालव उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुलेखा दोषी एवं अन्य महिलाओं ने अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय में जाकर ADRM एबं Sr DPO को महिलाओं से सम्बंधित समस्याओं से अवगत कराया और महिला सुरक्षा हेतु मांग पत्र (ज्ञापन) सौंपा।

इस अवसर पर मुम्बई मंडल के पदाधिकारी विवेक सिशोदिया, श्रीमती शिल्पा पालव, श्रीमती सुलेखा दोशी, संजीव कुमार दुबे, राज कुमार, मुख्यालय सचिव एम बाय खान, मालू पानसरे, युवा जोनल अध्यक्ष गणेश राज मीणा, सहित अन्य सभी मुख्यालय एवं मंडल एवं ब्रांच के पदाधिकारी शामिल रहे।*
