His Holiness Shree Shivkrupanand Swamiji, who has been teaching the Himalayan Samarpan Meditation globally for the past 29 years, graced the event. Millions worldwide have embraced this simple meditation technique, which transcends barriers of language, religion, race, and gender. H.H. Swamiji has addressed dignitaries in India and abroad, recently visiting Sri Lanka for a “Peace in One’s
World” meditation camp organized for Sri Lankan MPs. He was honoured as the “Ambassador for Global Peace and Humanity” during the event. In his discourse at the Vashi event, Swamiji emphasized that today’s children possess immense potential, which can be nurtured through meditation. He stressed the importance of meditation in leading a stress-free, righteous, and spiritually enlightened life, helping students become balanced and compassionate citizens.

Theosophical Society, UK Members of Parliament UK Several forums In Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, UAE, South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka & Nepal.
Swamiji clarified that yoga is not limited to physical asanas. He explained the yogic concepts of ‘Chitta’ (mind-stuff) and the significance of a powerful ‘Chitta’ for students. He also touched upon the benefits of a strong aura, the concepts of religion.
Swamiji highlighted the importance of Samarpan Dhyan (Meditation) to teachers, Meditation helps in remaining calm, helps controlling excessive thoughts resulting in better stress management. These lead to better communication, reduction in generation gap and harmony in families and society. Meditation has overall benefits at Physical, mental and Spiritual Level.
Similarly for students Meditation helps in improving grasping power, listening skills, recollection memory, improved concentration level, dealing with anxiety, understanding the pressures and focusing on positive attitude along with time management are some of the benefits. Meditation helps stay in present resulting in overall productivity and development of good Aura which keeps mind calm, and improves immune.
