MUMBAI/ AMRAVATI/ BULDANA, 19 SEPTEMBER, 2024 (GPN): The state government has taken a revolutionary step for women empowerment thru the Mukhyamantri – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has assured that the government has made substantial financial provision for the continuous running of this scheme and will not hesitate any further. The three leaders of Mahayuti Alliance (CM Eknath Shinde (Shiv Sena), Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis (BJP) and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar (NCP) jointly demonstrated their support to the state districts Sisters present during the promise fulfillment ceremony.
The promise fulfillment ceremony of CM – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana under Women Empowerment Mission was held in the presence of female sisters at Sharda Dnyanpeeth School Ground in Buldhana. Chief Minister Mr. Shinde honored the beneficiaries of various schemes and launched various development works.

Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis , Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar , Union Minister of State for AYUSH , Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav , Minister for Cooperation and District Guardian Minister Dilip Valse – Patil , MLA Sarveshree Kiran Sarnaik , Dr. Rajendra Shingane , Dr. Sanjay Kute , Sanjay Raimulkar , Adv. Akash Fundkar , Sanjay Gaikwad , Shweta Mahale , Divisional Commissioner Dr. Nidhi Pandey , Special Inspector General of Police Ramnath Pokle , Collector Dr. Kiran Patil , Superintendent of Police Vishwa Pansare were present.

Chief Minister Mr. Shinde said that this scheme was implemented extensively and speedily for the empowerment of women. This plan is to get the money into the account in record time. The government has set aside 33 thousand crore rupees for this scheme. So the plan will never stop. The amount received in the scheme is definitely helping the poor. He assured that we will continue to increase this amount .

CM Eknath Shinde said that schemes such as free education for girls , Lek Ladki , Lakhpati Didi , Annapurna Yojana , Chief Minister Baliraja Power Concession Scheme , Kisan Samman Yojana , Chief Minister Yuva Training Yojana are empowering women and families. A network of various businesses is being created through women’s savings groups. Want to see more and more sisters become millionaires. This scheme will boost the economy.

Statues of legends and various works created in Buldhana city are promoting beautification development. He also said that the new generation will continue to get inspiration due to the memorial of legends .

Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis said that PM Narendra Modi has launched many schemes like Lakhpati Didi to bring women into the stream of economic development. We are determined to make 1 crore women millionaires in the state as well . Apart from schemes like CM – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana , ST travel concession , free education for sisters, youth work training scheme for beloved brothers , free electricity to farmers , crop insurance , solar electricity have been launched in the state. The government has completed the Jigaon project and due to the Wainganga-Nalganga river linking project, Buldhana district will be drought free forever.

Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said that the CM – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana has given financial freedom to women. By this the rural economic cycle is gaining momentum. Industries and businesses are also flourishing in the state and the highest foreign investment in the country is taking place in Maharashtra. The statues of legends standing in the city of Buldana will continue to inspire the new generation.

Cheques were distributed to the beneficiaries under the Chief Minister’s Employment Creation Program and the beneficiaries of Lakhpati Didi Yojana were honored on this occasion. Benefits were distributed to the beneficiaries of Chief Minister Annapurna Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Yojana. District coffee table book and ‘ Rajmata ‘ emblem published by Buldhana district administration was unveiled by the Chief Minister on this occasion.Initially Chief Minister Shri. Shinde and the dignitaries paid homage to the bust of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj , as well as the images of Rajmata Jijau , Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar , Savitribai Phule and Ramabai Ambedkar. MLA Sanjay Gaikwad conveyed the vote of thanks.On this occasion, many sisters tied rakhis to dignitaries and took selfies with them. The dignitaries also interacted with them accepting the greetings of all.
