KOLKATA, 09th NOVEMBER, 2023 (GPN): Sinclairs Hotels Ltd. has posted a Total Income of Rs 3214.49 lakh (Rs.2,798.44 lakh) and EBIDTA of Rs. 1,581.76 lakh (Rs.1,218.48 lakh) for
the half year ended 30th September 2023. Profit Before Tax for the period stood at Rs. 1262.86 lakh (Rs.945.93 lakh) while Profit After Tax for the period was Rs. 974.69 lakh as against Rs.728.49 lakh in the corresponding six months of the previous year.

For the quarter ended 30th September 2023, the Company posted a Total Income of Rs. 1031.46 lakh, a 10.87% increase over Rs. 930.36 lakh for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. EBIDTA for the quarter was Rs. 294.69 lakh (Rs. 328.12 lakh) and Profit
Before Tax was Rs. 135.52 lakh (Rs. 190.39 lakh), while Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at Rs. 127.06 lakh (Rs. 155.92 lakh).

Subsequent to the period ended September 30, 2023, the Company completed the buyback of 15,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 200/- per share. All the equity shares bought back were extinguished on October 25, 2023. The
number of equity shares post buyback stands reduced to 2,56,30,000 and accordingly, the paid-up share capital stands reduced to Rs. 512.60 lakh.Ends
