MUMBAI, 1^st NOVEMBER, 2023 (GPN): Shri Debadatta Chand, MD & CEO, Bank of Baroda felicitated ISRO Chairman Shri S Somanath and his team of scientists for the successful Chandrayaan-3 mission. Shri Debadatta Chand, Shri Debabrata Das, Zonal Manager and other executives of the Bank, visited the ISRO headquarters on October 30, 2023 to honour the Chandrayaan-3 team for their historic achievement that made India proud. Shri Chand praised the scientists for bringing laurels to the nation, presented them with mementos and wished them success for future missions.

India scripted history as Chandrayaan-3’s Lander Module successfully soft landed on the South Pole of the moon, making it only the fourth country to achieve this feat, and the first to reach the South Pole.
