MOHALI, 31st OCTOBER, 2022 (GPN): Diwali is synonymous with lights, festivities and fun. However, post Covid we have all started thinking of sustainable and eco-friendly ways of being together and celebrating this festival. Getting together in clusters is also a concern that we all have in the post pandemic world.  

In order to make sure that Diwali remains a festival of prosperity, happiness and free of such concerns, Antier Team celebrated Diwali in Meta World this year. The team made sure that employee engagement activities were fused with traditional Diwali activities such as rangoli making, firecracker show, burning candles or lamps, dance floor party, and much more, all in a sustainable and pollution free environment. 

Speaking on the celebration, Mr. Vikram R. Singh, CEO and Founder, Antier Solutions, said, “This year’s Diwali celebration at Antier Solutions was the first of its kind in the Metaverse. We at Antier, organized the ‘#Anfestier’ for all our employees across our offices around the world. Everyone attended the event remotely from the comforts of their respective offices. By utilizing technology, festivals can be celebrated without physically getting together, while celebrating the spirit of unity. Our time together was filled with unforgettable memories to cherish forever!”

More than 500 employees of Antier were engaged sitting out of their remote locations for the celebrations. The company had especially created avatars wearing ethnic dresses for the occasion. 

Through this innovative employee engagement program, Antier aimed at promoting an immersive and eco-friendly way of celebrating Diwali with activities such as DJ Party, Virtual Kiosk machines, Gaming activities, Live events, Photobooth, Fashion Show etc.
