INDIA, 19 OCTOBER, 2022 (GPN): ZEE Hindustan, the national channel which is an integral part of one of the largest news networks, ZEE Media, held the 2nd edition of UDAAN – Dare to Dream, to appreciate the effort and achievements of Indian entrepreneurs and changemakers in their respective areas of innovation, expertise and emerging businesses. This on-ground event held in New Delhi, also highlighted the inspiring stories of champions, and entrepreneurs across the nation.

To name a few, some of the awardees are as follows: Dr. Mahesh Gupta (Founder & CMD of Kent RO) and Anil Gupta (Founder- Okaya Group) won the Excellence in Business Award. While Padamshri Dilip Tirkey (President of Hockey India) was awarded for Excellence in Sports (Hockey), Priyanka Goswami and Divya Kakran were awarded for Excellence in Athletics and Excellence in Sports (Wrestling) respectively.

 

UDAAN-Dare to Dream was graced by Chief guests Ashwini Vaishnaw (Minister for Railways, Communications Electronics & Information Technology) and Dr. Jitendra Singh (Minister PMO, Science &Tech Earth Science, DOPT). Industry leaders across different sectors shared insights on the development of Railways, Communications, IT, changes in the overall education interface, advancement in Technology and Innovation, Need for Upskilling and Reskilling, Entrepreneurship, Space Technology, increased adoption of Industry 4.0 revolution, new Education policy etc.
