Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha proud owners of Lotus Araya
MUMBAI, 5 AUGUST, 2022 (GPN): Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha are now the proud owners of a luxury triplex apartment in Juhu. This luxurious property named Lotus Araya has been developed by Pandit and is much in demand for its world-class features.
The couple reportedly bought the apartment from Raj’s ‘Roohi’ co-star Janhvi Kapoor for a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

Boney Kapoor’s daughter had bought the 14th, 15th and 16th floors in one of the buildings at the Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme in 2020 for Rs 39 crore. The 3456 sq ft property comes with a total of six parking slots, the report further stated.
As per documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com, the deal was finalised reportedly on March 31, 2022. The registration of the apartment took place on July 21, 2022. The new owners paid Rs 2.19 crore in stamp duty, while Janhvi had to shell out Rs 78 lakh for the same, the report further stated.Ends
