World Tequila Day | Cocktails by RCB Bar & Café

BENGALURU, 23 JULY, 2022 (GPN): RCB Bar & Café Celebrates This World Tequila Day on July 24th to quench your thirst with special cocktails. In collaboration with guest bartender, Vimal, RCB Bar and Café brings you a different and exciting take on cocktails, all featuring Tequila.

Arandano Highball – Image

 

Description: A light and fruity take on a tequila highball, made with cranberries.

 

Ingredients:

Tequila 60ml

Cranberry Shrub 45ml

Chilled Soda 90ml

 

Method:

Add the Tequila and Cranberry Shrub in a tall glass with ice and give it a stir. Add chilled soda and serve with ice.

Arandano Highball

Especial Sour

Especial Sour – Image

 

Description: Bright and floral, this sour is made with tequila and tea

 

Ingredients:

Tequila 60ml

Blood Orange and Hibiscus 30ml

Citrus 25ml

Egg White – 1

 

Method:

Mix the ingredients in a shaker (without the egg-white) for 30 seconds. Add the egg white to the mixture and shake it for another 10 seconds, pour it in a coupe and garnish with hibiscus tea.

A Passionate Picante – Image

 

Description: A playful take on a margarita with Tequila, Passion fruit and Jalapenos laced with Paprika.

 

Ingredients:

Tequila 60ml

Passion Fruit 30ml

Jalapeno 3 slices

Lime juice 25ml

Jalapeno Brine 10ml

 

Method:

This drink is shaken, add the ingredients into a shaker and give it a whirl for 30 seconds. Pour the liquid in a old fashioned glass that is coated with paprika, salt and sugar on the rim!

A Passionate Picante

Sigma Paloma

 

Description: A twirl on the evergreen Paloma powered with a floral touch of elderflower.

 

Ingredients:

Tequila 60ml

Grapefruit 60ml

Elderflower syrup 20ml

Lime juice 10ml

Soda top up

 

Method:

This is a built-up drink. Add all the ingredients in a Highball and give it a stir. Garnish with a grapefruit slice or ice.
