Basiz Fund Services and the Fine Art Society facilitated top industry female leaders

MUMBAI, 15 MARCH, 2022 (GPN): The Fine Arts Society (FAS), Chembur, Mumbai, a 60-year young organisation, hosted the special Program and congratulated leading woman leaders.

At this event, FAS confered the FAS Stree Ratna Awards to outstanding women achievers, some of whom are recipients of the highest civilian awards in India. The FAS Stree Ratna Awardees consist of Dr. S. Sowmya, Carnatic Musician, Dr. Tessy Thomas, Director General, Aeronautical Systems, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Dr. Kamala Selvaraj, Associate Director, GG Hospital, Fertility Research and Women’s Specialty Centre, Ms. Ashu Suyash, Former MD and CEO, Crisil, Dr. Prabha Atre, Hindustani Classical Vocalist, Dr. N. Rajam, Hindustani Violinist, Dr. Mallika Sarabhai, Kuchipudi and Bharata Natyam exponent, and Ms. Nithya Easwaran, Managing Director, Multiples Alternate Asset Management Private Limited.

Dr. Srekala Bharath and Thejas School of Performing Arts performed an unique Bharata Natyam performance named “Mahila Mahima,” a theme feature depicting the grandeur of women across multiple decades, on this occasion.

FAS, which began operations in 1962, promotes classical music, dance, and theatre. It hosts events for both its members and the general public. The Society began modestly in a garage and has now grown to include a multifunctional complex in Chembur, Mumbai, featuring auditoriums, an art plaza, a concert chamber, and an online music school.

Basiz Fund Services hosted the event, and Dr. Sujata Seshadrinathan, entrepreneur, primary shareholder, and Director of Basiz Fund Services, will be the Guest of Honor. Basiz has been in business for 15 years and offers a wide range of goods and services to the Alternative Fund Investment (AIF) market, including Fund Administration and Support, Financial Statement Reporting Services, Fund Tech Products, and Fund Tax Services.Ends
