Mumbai – December 15, 2021 (GPN): Union Bank of India has been felicitated for achieving highest percentage for digital payment transactions under the category of large and medium banks at the “Digital Payments Utsav”.

The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology celebrated “Digital Payments Utsav” where Union Bank of India was honored for its outstanding performance inpromoting digital payments.

On behalf of the Bank, Shri Nitesh Ranjan, Executive Director received the ‘Utkarsh Puraskar’ of DigiDhan Award 2020-21 from Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’bleMinister for Communications, Electronics & Information Technology and Railways (Gol) and Shri Dr Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Hon’ble Minister of State at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
