With more than 200 food and beverage outlets, visitors are spoiled for choice and have the chance to taste the flavours of countries from every continent.

Here are some of the ground-breaking experiences to ‘wow’ not just our taste buds but our minds as well.

  •       You will find a Food Truck Park in every thematic district, each serving delicious grab-and-go fare, from pizza, hotdogs and Lebanese snacks to ice cream, waffles, mini pancakes and more which is ideal for a quick pit stop to refuel with friends and family. These casual outdoor venues have plenty of seating – and you won’t leave hungry.
  •       Rohit Ghai has brought Kutir, his first solo restaurant, to Dubai for the first time. Kutir offers a never-before-seen punchy, authentic, and traditional Indian menu inspired by the custom of hunting in the luscious forests and jungles of the Indian countryside. The food is representative of the feasting-style in these retreats, and menus feature highly seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on game and seafood.
  •       Experience the African continent’s vibrant culture via food, music and art at Alkebulan Food Hall, bringing together seven acclaimed African chefs. Alkebulan (pronounced al-kee-bou-lan) – translating to “Mother of Mankind” or “Garden of Eden” – is the brainchild of multi-talented chef Alexander Smalls, a classically trained opera singer-turned-restaurateur

Visit his three concepts in Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion, showcasing the very best of vegan cuisine: Veg’d, XYST and Mudra.
