MUMBAI, 5 NOVEMBER, 2021 (GPN): “Akshardham”, a Swaminarayan Temple under Yogi Divine Sociey, on day (5.11.2021) celebrated the New Year (Vikram Samvat 2078), by organizing a grand “Annakut”. The event was streamed digitally because of the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. The celebrations began with Param Pujya Vashibhai & Hitenbhai making a prayer and a Sankalp in the Mahapooja before the Lord for the sound health and happiness of all.

It was followed by Param Pujya Dinkarbhai & Param Pujya Bharatbhai giving an inspirational message and blessings to all. At 12 noon around 1000 items were offered to the Lord in beautiful and creative ways. Later on, all the saint brothers and Pujya Madhuriben and saint sisters performed the final Aarti. The youths of the Temple offered their dedication by beautifully and creatively decorating the “Annakut” before the Lord.
