MUMBAI, 28 NOVEMBER, 2020 (GPN): On 26.11.2020 on the occasion of The Constitution Day a Special Cover with Special Cancellation on “ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONSTITUTION DAY OF INDIA” was released by Shri H.C. Agrawal, Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai.
