बिहार में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद आज विधान परिषद चुनाव के परिणाम की बारी है। आज बिहार के स्नातक और शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के 22 सीटों का परिणाम आने वाला है ऐसे में अब हर किसी की निगाहें विधान परिषद चुनाव के परिणाम पर जा टिकी हैं । बिहार के चार शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की सीटों और चार स्नातक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की सीटें भी शामिल है ।

16वीं बिहार विधानसभा की समाप्ति से पूर्व सफ़लपूर्वक चुनाव आयोग के द्वारा चुनाव सम्पन्न करवा कर 17वीं विधानसभा के गठन के लिए राज्य तैयार है । सूबे की जनता ने एक बार फिर प्रधानमंत्री जी पर सम्पूर्ण भरोषा करके आदरणीय श्री नीतीश कुमार जी के नेतृत्व में एक बार फिर बिहार में सरकार बनाने का दायित्व सौंपा है । आज निर्वाचन आयोग सुबह 11 बजे महामहिम राज्यपाल जी को नए निर्वाचित सदस्यों की सूची सौंपेगा। राजभवन में सूची आने के बाद बाद ही नई सरकार के गठन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।

आज आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी वियतनाम के प्रधानमंत्री श्री गुयेन जुआन फुक के साथ 17वें आसियान-भारत शिखर सम्मेलन की सह-अध्यक्षता करेंगे। भारत और 10 दक्षिणपूर्वी एशियाई देशों के संगठन आसियान के बीच डिजिटल शिखर बैठक होगी । सभी 10 आसियान सदस्य देशों के नेता शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेंगे। इस बार कोरोना वायरस की वजह से आसियान शिखर सम्मेलन का आयोजन वर्चुअल होगा।
आसियान देशों में भारत समेत इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया, फिलीपीन, सिंगापुर, थाईलैंड, ब्रुनेई, वियतनाम, लाओस, म्यामां और कंबोडिया शामिल हैं। प्रधानमंत्री जी पिछले साल नवंबर में बैंकॉक में हुई 16वीं आसियान-भारत शिखर बैठक में शामिल हुए थे।

भारतीय स्वतंत्रता के इतिहास की हलचल, राजनीति की उथल पुथल, विज्ञान के आविष्कार, नवीन विश्व के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया और शिक्षा को नये मकाम पर ले जाने वाले ‘महामना’ से लेकर ‘पक्षी मानव’ से जुडी है 12 नवंबर की तारीख। इस दिन काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय के संस्थापक और भारत रत्न पंडित मदन मोहन मालवीय का वाराणसी में निधन हुआ था। वहीं, इस तारीख को देश के सुप्रसिद्ध पक्षी विज्ञानी सालिम अली का जन्म हुआ और उनके जन्म दिवस को ‘राष्ट्रीय पक्षी दिवस’ के रूप में मनाया जाता है। 1930 में संवैधानिक सुधारों पर चर्चा के लिए लंदन में पहले गोलमेज सम्मेलन की शुरुआत हुई। इसमें भारतीय और ब्रिटिश प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया लेकिन भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस का कोई सदस्य शामिल नहीं हुआ था।
