LIC of India, Western Zone, contributes 1000 Raincoats to Mumbai Police on 7/10/2020

MUMBAI, 08 OCTOBER, 2020 (GPN): LIC of India, Western Zone, has contributed 1000 Raincoats to Mumbai Police in a simple function on 07.10.2020. Mumbai Police has been at the forefront in the City’s Fight against COVID-19, and in a ceremony at the Office of the DCP (Admin), Crawford Market, the Raincoats were presented by Shri C. Vikas Rao, Zonal Manager, WZ, LIC to Ms. Ambika, DCP (Admin.) Mumbai Police, in the presence of Ms. Saroja Choudhari, Regional Manager (Corporate Communications), LIC, WZ, as a token of appreciation of the service being rendered by Mumbai Police.

LIC has in the past been associated with Mumbai Police through donation of Police Shelter Booth at Gateway of India, and Traffic Barricades. During the function, Shri C. Vikas Rao, Zonal Manager, thanked the entire Mumbai Police Force for the unswerving devotion to duty displayed by them, and stated that WZ, LIC is proud of the fact that 35,643 policies of Mumbai Police are being serviced by the Zone.
