AMFI welcomes SEBI move to allow listing of wound-up schemes

MUMBAI, MAY 20, 2020 (GPN):  Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) has welcomed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) proposal to list Mutual Fund schemes that are in the process of winding up.

Welcoming the SEBI proposal, Mr N S Venkatesh, Chief Executive, AMFI said: “SEBI’s proposal to allow listing of schemes that are in the process of winding up, offers an alternative liquidity to the investors in these schemes.”
