NCD Tranche I Issue opened on January 7, 2020

MUMBAI, JANUARY 08, 2020 (GPN) : Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited (the “Company” or the “Issuer”), one of India’s leading non-deposit taking housing finance companies registered with the National Housing Bank (“NHB”) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Capital Limited’s (“TCL”), Public Issue of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,000 each (“Secured NCDs”) and Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,000 each (“Unsecured NCDs”) has been oversubscribed on Day 2 and closed early on January 08, 2020. The collection at the end of Day 2 was Rs. 2091.18 crore.

The maiden issue of the Company received overwhelming response especially from HNIs with the base issue of Rs. 500 crore getting subscribed on Day 1. The subscription at the end of Day 1 was Rs. 1940.72 crore. The base issue size of the Tranche 1 Issue is Rs. 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 1,500 crore, aggregating up to 2,00,00,000 NCDs and amounting to Rs. 2,000 crore which is within the Shelf (Shelf Prospectus dated December 30, 2019) Limit (“Tranche 1 Issue”). The Tranche 1 Issue was scheduled to close on Friday, January 17, 2020.
