MUMBAI, 6^th JANUARY, 2020 (GPN): A state level Convention MAHACON-2020 has been organized by CREDAI Maharashtra on 6th &7th Jan 2020 at Hotel Sahara Star, Vile- Parle, Mumbai .

Almost 700 realtors working at city and district level will participate from 57 centers across the state.

Real Estate sector is going through challenging times both at national as well state level. In such scenario, this convention is considered very important for planning the future solutions for housing sector. It will provide members helpful guidance on advanced construction systems, laws pertaining to real sector, tax structure, financial discipline and also focus on customer interest, business commitment & ethics.

MAHACON-2020 which is based on theme “Rising Above” will have a panel discussion on the subject of Maharashtra surging ahead with young and promising MLA’s which will have in the presence of Hon Cabinet minister, Aditya Thackrey, MLA Rohit Pawar and MLA Ruturaj Patil.

Along with it, prominent names in Real Estate sector like Satish Magar-President CREDAI National, Chairman Jaxay Shah, Vice President National Shantilal Kataria, Indian billionaire Investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Mrs. Rachna Bhusari VP – NSE and Guru Shri Gyan Vatsal Swami will guide delegates.

With the new Government in place, the builder community will have a great opportunity to present their expectations and problems to the Government.
