MUMBAI, (GPN): G. C. Agarwal, General Manager, CR/WR released a set of picture cards and a CD containing film on CST and drawings of FW Stevens, the architect of CST heritage building at Heritage (Dining )Hall, Ground Floor, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai today.  He also garlanded the photograph of FW stevens. Mrs. Sanjukta Raiguru, Managing Director and Narottam Reddi, Chief Operations Officer of SBI Foundation and Principal Heads of Departments of Central Railway and a large number of heritage lovers were also present on the occasion.

A film on FW Stevens produced by Rajesh Latkar was screened.  A talk on the drawings of FW Stevens was given by Mustansir Dalvi. Vikas Dilawari spoke about the architecture and its impact on 19 Century Mumbai. A.K. Srivastava, Additional General Manager, Central Railway proposed the vote of thanks. Narendra A. Patil, Chief PRO, Central Railway conducted the proceedings.

Later, G.C. Agarwal opened an exhibition of drawings of FW Stevens at platform no.1 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai for public viewing. There are 19 drawings and designs on display at the exhibition.  The exhibition is open from 10 am to 5 pm from 12.11.2016 to 14.11.2016
