MUMBAI, April 2, 2017 (GPN) : Corporate bigwigs, Bollywood divas, outstanding sportsmen and P3Ps graced the happening 10th edition of the GeoSpa asiaSpa India Awards ceremony that took place at The St. Regis, Mumbai on Friday 30th March night.
Over the years, asiaSpa India’s signature wellness showcase has featured the best of the wellness industry and this year was no different – from wellness icons to best spas and spa products were were recognised and rewarded during the grand event.
The evening highlighted latest spa trends while acknowledging leading experts and celebrities who have given their valuable contribution towards the wellness industry in India. The dashing KL Rahul bagged the Rising Star of the Year award and the timeless diva Rekha was honoured with the Perfect Ten award by Bhushan Kumar and his wife Divya Khosla Kumar. The leggy-beauty Jaqueline Fernandez bagged the Charismatic Personality of the Year and jewellery designed Farah Khan Ali received the Woman of Substance award. Recognising her contribution to the television industry, Ekta Kapoor bagged the Power Woman of the Year award. Actor Aditi Rao Hyadri received the Style Icon of the year award.

Back in the bay and back to work, Divya Khosla Kumar was seen at the 10th anniversary celebrations of a popular spa magazine, Asia Spa. They celebrated this momentous ocassion with the Asia Spa Awards where the stunning director was invited to present an award.
The Perfect 10 award was presented by Divya & Bhushan Kumar to none other than, the diva and the 10/10 actress the industry has ever seen, Rekha!
Divya has always been all praises for Rekhaji and to present such an award to her was a wish come true!

Winner of the Reader’s Choice Favorite Spa (India) was Shamana Spa, Grand Hyatt Goa while Switzerland took home the Reader’s Choice Favorite Spa Destination (Europe) award. The Reader’s Choice Favorite Spa Destination (Asia) went to Thailand.
The event also marked the completion of 13 years of asiaSpa India as precursor and trend-setter for the spa and wellness industry in the country. The magazine aspires to continue playing an instrumental role in introducing its wide and well-travelled readership to some of the best wellness and spa experiences around the world.
Speaking on the occasion Ms. Parineeta Sethi, Chief Editor, said “It gives us immense joy that we have been part of the spectacular growth of the wellness industry from its nascent stage.
