Hong Kong Trade Development Council appraises THE CAPITAL, a smart building by the Wadhwa Group – A symbol of India-China relation

 

National, 3rd February 2016: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council led by James Law of Cybertecture, today visited ‘The Capital’ by The Wadhwa Group, an iconic smart structure built through the India-China collaboration. The delegation have a twofold agenda one, to strengthen the India-Chinese relations by exploring business opportunities with Indian conglomerates and second, to study the features of the world’s largest automated car parking system and its green building features meticulously designed by James Law and his team.

 

The capital represents the latest symbiosis of architectural design, technology and the latest advanced materials available to us which is used to create a building that is more imaginative and more powerful than any other building built so far. This 21st century office space has a sky lobby that bathes in natural light offering cafes, bars, gyms, restaurants and other amenities. The intelligent lift system is designed to minimise the travel time contributing to its smart features.

Keeping the ‘Make in India’ objective in mind the delegation comprising of The Hon’ble CY Leung, GBM, GBS, JP, Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People’s Republic of China, Ms. Margaret Fong, Executive Director, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and other reputed conglomerates will be exploring business opportunities in finance, infrastructure and logistics  through this visit.
